In-Store Pickup Process

Roba Ceylon Tea operates on an in-store pickup model for all online orders to provide you with the freshest tea, straight from our estate.

1. Place Your Order Online

After you complete your purchase, you will receive an email confirmation with your order number and details. Please keep this for your records.

2. We Prepare Your Order

Your order will be freshly packed and ready for pickup approximately 15-20 minutes after your payment is successfully processed. You will receive a second email notification once your order is ready for collection.

3. Collect at Our Estate Store

Proceed to the designated "Online Order Pickup" counter at our main estate store.

4. What to Bring for Pickup

To ensure a smooth process, please bring one of the following:

  • A digital or printed copy of your "Ready for Pickup" email.
  • A valid photo ID matching the name on the order.
Pickup Operating Hours
  • Monday - Friday: 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM
  • Saturday: 10:00 AM - 4:00 PM
  • Sunday & Public Holidays: Closed
