Initiating a Return
If you encounter any issues with a product you have received, please contact our customer support team using the information provided on our Contact page. Once we review your request, our team will assess the matter and provide guidance on returning the item, if the request is deemed valid. Customers must provide all necessary information, including the payment receipt, order number, and any additional details required for verification.
Return Period
All return and refund requests must be submitted within 14 days from the date the item was delivered. Roba Ceylon Tea Online will not accept return requests made after this 14-day period.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, the product, its packaging, manuals, and any related items must be unused, unaltered, and undamaged. All original product identifiers and labels must be intact.
